Heat Recovery System (SHR Dyn)
Heat Recovery System
(SHR Dyn)

SCLAVOS’ Heat Recovery System (SHR Dyn) is a cutting-edge solution that captures energy from the dyeing machine’s hot effluent, transferring it to cold water during continuous washing cycles. Integrated into the Athena4 machine, the system achieves up to 40% energy savings, reducing steam demand and lowering effluent temperatures for improved efficiency. Unlike traditional systems, it requires no additional infrastructure or factory space, eliminating energy loss from external pipes.

Key Benefits:
  • Up to 40% energy savings

  • No need for external piping or infrastructure

  • Enhanced effluent treatment efficiency

Dry Salt Fine Dosing (DSFD)

Dry Salt Fine Dosing
(DSFD)

The DSFD, developed by SCLAVOS, is a cutting-edge apparatus designed for integration with the Athena4 Dyeing Machine. It facilitates the precise transfer and dosing of dry salt during the dyeing process, offering a significant improvement over conventional methods.

Conventional Method:

- Process: Salt is diluted in fresh water within the machine's additions tank and then transferred either to the dyeing machine or a stock tank.
- Drawbacks:
- Time-consuming and cumbersome process.
- Requires the use of fresh water, which can increase the liquor ratio, affecting the efficiency and environmental impact of the dyeing process.

DSFD Approach:

- Process: Equipped with a separate hopper that holds up to 250 kg of dry salt, allowing for automatic transfer or dosing at rates up to 50 kg/min, either linearly or progressively.
- Advantages:
- Speed: Enables fast, self-transfer of salt directly to the dyeing machine without manual intervention.
- Efficiency: Eliminates the need for diluting salt in fresh water, thus maintaining a lower liquor ratio.
- Automation: No operator involvement required, reducing labor costs and potential for error.

By adopting DSFD, dyeing facilities can streamline operations, reduce reliance on fresh water, and improve overall efficiency and sustainability.
